The original hook loop couplers and Usa's knuckle couplers are included. I have also installed kadee 830 knuckle couplers for realism. This box car is only classified as used because I unpacked it to install the metal wheels knuckle couplers and gave it a test run, otherwise it is new in its original box and sleeve.
