This item is a ScaleTrains Rivet Counter Series Item #SXT30763 HO scale C39-8 Phase II decorated for the Norfolk Southern Ry. It came from the factory with a Loosened V4.0 decoder. I have changed the address to its road number #8597 and decreased volume by almost 50%, so its not deafening. The white/green/red class lights are functioning see photos.
Its still got plenty of volume, though. As road number 8597. This locomotive is in excellent condition. Otherwise, the sound file is unchanged, except that I did turn analog setting off.
