Haven been burnt on what I was sold as a new in box model before decided to test this used one so there would be no uncertainty that it will run. Now that AI is finished; this unit recovered from an estate liquidation sale. It had no box so I found an old Atlas and packed it that. This product is a Life-Like N Scale GP18 Locomotive in Rock Island #1350 maroon color.
Unit ran forward and backwards fine. The scale is 1:160 and it operates on a two-rail system. I give it an AOK. I pulled it right off the layout guy had.
The locomotive features light function and painted details, making it a great addition to any model railroad setup for transportation enthusiasts. Has headlight function that lit up when powered. It is a replica of GP-18 locomotive with Bo-Bo wheel configuration and made plastic. Gears did not sound to have excessive wear.
