The shipping containers open and close as they should. The car measures 28 in long 32 with couplets. It has never been run on a layout, as I have had one.
The knuckle couplets, container pins and a draw bar allowing multiple containers to be connected without couplets are in factory sealed bags. It was displayed in my office for several years.
