He had an amazing setup that was cared for well. That said, I cannot speak to the condition of this item other than it was working 6 months ago when packed into its original box. The box appears to have taken a small amount of water damage some it looks like coffee stain actually - but that was not incurred when train inside. I inherited a ton of g-scale train stuff from an elderly family member that passed away earlier this year.
