This one has the orange circle sticker placed on 2030E versions on the frame bottom. Know what you are buying on and use the pictures as part of the as these are final sale no return items.

It depends on cost and destination location. The steeple cab is in solid excellent, unbroken, no issues condition.
It looks to have been run very lightly in the past the box, other than a touch of shelve wear, is also without issue. I've had it on display.
I've found the difference between ground and PO. I did put it on my indoor layout to test and it runs like a top. If they exceed it, I will cover it.
That's how I received it. Is negligible in some cases and not in others.
