It has the 3 quick connect circuit board plugs as shown.
The hatch is hinged to neatly open and close, secretly hiding those controls under the top, lid/cover. Goes to K-lines O scale K3615-1060cc C O Mikado # 1060. It could also possibly work for the congenital version of engine too. The part looks new overall but is a bit dusty from being in storage some places.
