Virtually untouched/new old stock and always stored in a dry climate. I am representing an extensive Brass collection on consignment. There is most likely a gearing/mesh issue that needs to be worked out and then it will run fine. This BUDD RDC2 does not run, but the motor turn in both directions.

Its a little noisy but will smooth out with lubrication and adjustment. I regularly accept consignments and purchase collections. All Brass Sales are sold AS-IS. The box has light wear marks from storage.
