It includes a 21 pin dummy plug that can be replaced with decoder of your choice. Up for sale is an Athearn Ready To Roll SD40R, Southern Pacific #7310. The original box is included, along with the foam, and other paperwork. The fuel tank has a stain/slight discoloration of some sort on the conductor side.

Any questions or concerns. The wheels show some signs of wear. It originally had DCC and sound but I swapped the decoder out for a Ready board. No combined shipping available.

Tested and works well. Some of the handrails have small paint chips but I didn't notice any missing parts. The box shows some signs of wear, but it is still intact and in relatively good condition.
