Results are from simple bench-testing to help determine if mechanism is intact. The original motor is missing, but has a reversible Marx that although not correct, it good fit and seems to work fine. Items purchased the next day will likely not fit in same box. Set is lithe blue/silver/gray, has wear and corrosion, worst on roof of 2 coaches some 1 side at roof-line.

The item is straight unless noted otherwise in the listing. Otherwise sides of set are not bad, about VG. 5 piece set is about 47 long, connects with pins one end of each unit, includes power car, 3 coaches and tail car. The rear car had a headlight.

Rare set because 1 year only, motor ran/reversed and light worked when bench tested, as is no operation warranty due to age. Digital photography may distort image. This unusual streamliner appeared to have a head-car both ends be bi-directional, but only had one powered car. Restoration of roofs could make a big difference, up to buyer.
