Tested on 10/22/24 and she runs smooth as silk in both directions. Once it was past that threshold, there were no issues. This loco is factory DCC Tsunami Sound equipped. Sounds great too.
This locomotive is like new old stock showing only light signs of use due to some minimal wheel wear. Nonetheless, a rare gem that's no longer in production and must for the Santa Fe fan. A couple of the sections where handrails attach are loose and need to be re-glued on specifically left side going up stairs close hood way cab. She even has operational directional lighting from the factory.
Box with minor outer wear from shelf storage. I did notice a little issue at lower speeds, it seemed to be shorting with anything less than 30% power. Please look at all pictures for exact condition. Lots of extra parts included.
I m not a DCC expert so I can't confirm or deny if this is even an issue perfectly normal. This is usually an easy fix with proper tools/experience.
