There are screw holes for it so I assume its missing. Overall a good parts loco. I am unable to power or track test this loco since it runs on AC voltage s. I will always use combined shipping discount on multiple items.

Here I have a little 0-6-0 loco made by maRklin. Everything seems to be there with the exception of 3rd rail contact pad on bottom. Selling as a non runner.
