It has lights, smoke not tested. The lead engine lights, smokes, runs forward and back has sound. The lead engine with sound, lights and smoke can be run independently as well in tandem. It could also be that the electrical connecting wires between two engines is not present.

Box end shows the features of these locomotives including Porto 2 sound. Western Pacific F-3AA pair of diesel engines designed for AA operations. The trailing engine only runs in reverse behind the lead. Overall condition of the engines is excellent with wheels showing moderate run time.

These beautiful engines could use a personal ride home. Come visit gauge heaven, see hundreds of unlisted engines, cars, track, etc. This is a big box, so shipping somewhat high there are increases because of the oil prices. Extra traction tires are included see pictures along with couplets, front cowl, etc.

They have crisp graphics, vibrant colors, and the classic Western Pacific livery. I do not have the MTH transformer to program trailing unit go in both directions. Save shipping. Each engine has two independent powered trucks.
