It was tested and runs well, but a full lubrication is highly recommended. For your consideration is this sharp Lionel O gauge Norfolk Western SD24, powered with headlight, horn, and comes in its original box instructions. This is likely due to the fact that it has had very light use since new and been stored for decades. This limited edition model produced exclusively in 1982 is out of my personal collection and has been stored over the past 44 years a smoke-free, temperature-controlled environment.

The only two minor issues are a few scratches under the cab window and mechanical reversing E unit was bit sluggish occasionally when transitioning from forward - neutral reverse. Box has wear-and-tear.
