It comes with all the packaging, insert and Lionel box. Up for sale is a Lionel FT Diesel Rock Island engine #6-38232 in used condition. While testing it on the track I noticed a small round piece of plastic but do not know if came from this loco or another one what is. However, it did not affect the functioning of engine.
