Lights and Legacy Rail sounds function work properly. We did not test smoke, as want to leave any in train for shipping, and it does have signs or odor of ever having smoke additive. Lionel Legacy GP-9 Rock Island locomotive in excellent pre-owned condition, from a clean smoke free estate. Train will packaged with extra packing material to insure a safe delivery.

Engine comes complete with foam insert and box.
