Details:

This loco is part of a Group Older Locos that Atlas recently checked over for us. Jewell Case has Scuffs/Marks. Universals are best replaced in some of these older Locos due to lubrication gelling from non-use for instance. Even though this loco has been gone over by Atlas, still seems a bit noisy to me.

Also some received parts such as Universals. Each Loco received Cleaning and Lubrication. Loco Tested, Runs Forward and Reverse. Directional Lighting works Correctly.
