The video shows it running. This is an Atlas N scale Classic Locomotive for New Haven Livery #2506, It has a decoder installed identifies as cicatrix which set to 2506, in really good condition. Its a little buzz, but not bad and it runs VERY smoothly SLOW. Has a quick top speed too.
