Ex/Box it looks like was never ran but the tape removed, smidgen of dust on shell. GP-7 diesel Road Switcher locomotive. Lights works. It will most likely need a axle gear replaced in the future.

Bench tested runs good, but there is a tick I added some fresh Labelled 102 lube to both drive trucks. In original box w/ paper work, has storage wear. Proto 2000 23258 HO scale. I do offer combined shipping.
