Otherwise, the sound file is unchanged. It came from the factory with a Loosened V5.0 decoder, and I downloaded ESU sound file #S0766 to decoder. I changed the address to road number #2806 and decreased volume by about 20%, so its not deafening. This item is an Atlas HO scale U28C Item #10003699 decorated for the Union Pacific UP as road #2806.

This locomotive is in excellent shape and has not had a lot of run time.
