This item is an Atlas Item #10003241 HO Scale EMD GP38 decorated for Conrail as its Bicentennial unit road number 7776. I have changed the address to units road number #7776 and decreased volume by almost 50%, so its not deafening first time you put it on rails apply power. This locomotive is in excellent condition. Otherwise, the sound file is unchanged, except that I turned analog setting off and tuned new bass up to 24 from 16.

Its still got plenty of volume, though. Onboard is a Loosened V5.0 decoder with ESU sound file #S0780 downloaded.
