This is a Really nice Diesel Locomotive in HO Scale made by Life Like of the Prestigious Proto 2000 Line. Also, it lights quite nicely which will look very nice with the shell installed. Cosmetically speaking this is in nice condition, with only a couple of minor blemishes I noticed on the top shell which point out photos such as few scratches / scuffs, and very small indentation nearly un-noticeable except when rotating under strong down lighting looking closely but other than these looks great. Also, this comes with the original instruction sheet and its box but foam insert is missing keyhole piece of that goes in shell then locks it into larger white foam, so I simply cut a gray soft to go fit hold place.

Condition: This train looks to be either barely used or only test ran, but way once I replaced the gears that describe above set it on my track and tested thoroughly in both forward reverse runs great is powerful fast yet can slowed an absolute crawl very smoothly thanks High end Teflon grease new. And although this did not look like it had been used much if at all other than test ran bad gears in as these Proto 2000 are known to have happen after a decade or two of the original factory grease sitting on which would cause them swell and crack over time. Lastly, The box shows heavy shelf wear such as scuffs, cardboard print lamination, wrinkles, tears, stains, and discoloration likely fading caused by being in the sun But While is not perfect condition, it remains visually presentable enough plus this type of train for running around a layout. And Despite these imperfections, this is a truly unique, one-of-a-kind train where it has working fan blade, something you just dont see anymore with modern trains.

And most importantly the actual belt driven turning fan blade is a very cool looking effect as it spinning.
