This is from Marklin club member only series. Publications. The body of the locomotive is very clean looking with some minor dust. Open running boards with steps.

Model: Comes with a digital decoder, C-Sine motor, and engineers cab running gear lighting. Prototype: German Federal Railroad DB Franco-Crosti class 42.90. I will note this locomotive is a bit of slower runner compared to heavier diesel Marklin locomotives. Comes with the original box and manual.

Standard couplet pocket at the front, and standard with guide mechanism on tender. I will carefully bubble wrap this Marklin box and place it inside another cardboard with plenty of packing materials around to prevent further wear the original. Close coupling between locomotive and tender. There are some minor small white specks on the tender as seen in photo #15.

BR 42.90 Franco-Crosti Gauge H0 - Article No. It runs well including the 3 controllable on/off light features: headlights, cab lighting and running gear. Articulated frame to enable the locomotive negotiate sharp curves. Signature required on delivery.

I did not oil or clean anything only took out to photograph and take the video as seen above. Headlights and cab lighting work in conventional operation can be controlled digitally. The box itself has some minor wear and tear from storage includes dents, dings, creases edge as seen in the photos. The pickup shoe appears to have some minor wear from prior use as do the wheels.

Side smoke piping and control rods separately applied. Please review all photos to inspect the condition in detail.
