Details:

Currently, I have the decoder address set to 1013. This model locomotive is a testament to the iconic Chicago Great Western railways distinct aesthetic and proud tradition. As the Great Weedy regularly ran trains with 6, 8, and even 10 F-units 2 cabs 8 cables units. The body of this engine is a custom-painted F7B unit that started as an un decorated Athearn B-unit shell.

The Athearn body was custom-painted and lettered in the Cgw striking, original tri-color paint scheme of scarlet red, rinshed maroon, black with yellow stripes. Note that this B-units number is accurately recalled with yellow numbers on the top of fuel tanks' skirting. As noted this is a model of #101B. Most of the Cgw cab units had letter A or C added to locos number.

Cables units were lettered with B, D, E and. Buy one or buy them all. The diesel model features durable plastic and cast metal construction, ensuring this is built to last. Intermountain drive train provides smooth and quiet operation.

The most obvious are the working diaphrams on each end of engine. Not as obvious are the Kadee couplers and shortened coupler boxes I installed which makes gap between coupled engine train cars smaller more accurate. I will need to ship this loco via US Priority Mail as do not have any boxes big enough the InterMountain box. The addition of DCC makes it even better.

If you prefer to run on DC, can easily remove the Plug and Play DCC decoder add a simple DC Dummy in its place. If you ask,I will send a free Dummy Plug when I ship the locomotive.This CGW booster is great puller.
